There is no cost to become a member of the Elbert County Conservative Breakfast Association. Monthly we hold meetings and invite local and regional speakers to discuss issues that effect our lives. All are invited. This is a non-partisan, though conservative, organization whose aim is to generate and encourage conservative thinking in Elbert County.
